An Appeal to help

others in need

The Ted Foundation supports school children and their families in south India who are in the Below Poverty Line category, by supplying educational needs, school uniforms, books etc. to help them in their studies to secure a better life.

Costs are minimal, so ...

  • Sponsorship of one child costs just £30 a year, or £2.50 a month
  • Please download the standing order form to save our time in reminding
  • All of that money is used directly on educational needs
  • All Ted Foundation members/trustees are volunteers and claim no expenses
  • No administrative expenses are paid out of funds
  • Any additional costs are borne by one of the trustees personally
  • Projects are organised by qualified local Indian social workers

Every penny you give as a sponsor goes directly to buying what is needed.

YESevery penny.

Now that’s rare!

This is a small charity where the overheads are met by volunteers. The buying is done locally to where the child lives by volunteer qualified Social Workers.
