The Ted Foundation supports school children and their families who are in the Below Poverty Line category, by supplying educational needs, their school uniform, books etc. to help them in their studies to secure a better life.
Envisioned by Linda Cartwright and Sunil Varkey, Ted Foundation launched its programme, Educational Sponsorship Project, in the year 2007 January in Alappad Village of Kerala
Project started in 2008 – Alappad. A tsunami hit area.
